Latin Name: Musa Sikkimensis.

Common Name: ‘Red Tiger’, Musa Bengal Tiger.

Origin: Himalayas.

Hardiness: Root hardy down to -10

Growth: Fast growing. Huge exotic paddle-shaped leaves, the surface of which is highly patterned with maroon/red markings. Easy to grow. Root hardy, it can either be wrapped or Dug up and stored dry in winter.
