Very easy to grow and low maintenance it has attractive sword-shaped stiff, fleshy blue-green leaves with cream margins, arranged in attractive rosettes. Maybe one to keep away from pathways, as each leaf is tipped with a spine.
Drought, wind and salt tolerant, so it is great for coastal gardens. Once established spikes of hanging creamy/white bell shaped flowers emerge.
