The Yucca Gloriosa ‘Bright Star’ is an evergreen perennial and one of the most ornate varigated yuccas.
Incredibly decorative it forms rosettes of gracefully curving downwards rigid lance shaped leaves of mid green having broad stripes of bright ivory down their edges. Terminal spines are present. Mature plants produce tall upright branched flowers stalks between 1-2m with pink buds opening into creamy-white bell shaped fragrant flowers.
Slow but really hardy and extremely easy to grow and maintain, it is a great addition to any border or patio, bringing colour and a touch of the exotic all year round.
