    Native to: South Africa.
    Hardiness: Can tolerate a light frost but better kept frost free.
    Growth: Evergreen succulent shrub. Thick and fleshy branches. Triangular bluish-pale green succulent leaves growing in opposing pairs. Leaf edges can become tinged with red. Clusters of small star shaped pale yellow flowers. Summer dormant. Ideal houseplant. Can survive neglect.
    Sunlight: Bright light with some direct sun.
    Exposure: Sheltered.
    Soil: Well drained

    Moisture: Water thoroughly but allow the potting mixture to dry to two thirds down before re-watering. Sparingly in winter.

    Crassula Perforata. String of Buttons.
    The Crassula Perforata is a very attractive evergreen succulent. Bluish-pale green short triangular shaped succulent leaves grow in opposing pairs growing in a spiral formation along the branches. These can develop a rosy pink to a reddish tinge around the edges in high levels of sunlight. In Spring time it forms clusters of very pretty pale yellow star shaped flowers.
