Macrozamia Communis.
The Macrozamia Communis is an imposing and attractive Cycad. It is one of the most primitive and unusual ornamentals. Characterized by a rounded crown of upright but gracefully arching deep green glossy feathery leaves. Specimens can either have a subterranean trunk or a short columnar trunk. Slow growing and evergreen it is well suited to growing in large pots, perfect for growing in a conservatory, greenhouse, atrium or bright position indoors. Has shown some frost tolerance. A very striking and rare cycad, it is sought after for it’s elegance and ornamental qualities. Definately one for the collectors
